| Well it's been about 7 months that I have been trading forex online and I've tried FXCM, GFT and now ACM... its shocking how there is absolutely no comparaison, ACM is by far a way better platform compared to the others. The most shocking is that they put in your orders during the news announcements regardless of the volatility which the other brokers always ran me off on and made me lose enough to push me to a change. I ended up with ACM and I'm totally satisfied with my decision. I even tried clicking and buying eurusd during the housing announcement and I never got rejected once !! It was going up up up and I made approx 15K in 10 minutes!! During that time other brokers dont even let you trade (FXCM) or at best put one out of 10 though, with a requote (GFT).... thumbs up for ACM its fantastic! MA |

| I have yet to be disappointed with this broker. I trade through a Money Manager, he advised we move account from Dukascopy to ACM for the simple reason of the Guaranteed Fills ACM offer. He intelegently argued that even with brokers who advertise tighter spreads, they never materialize for the simple fact of slippage, requotes and rejected trades. I mean, if you see a platform that allows you to set a slippage range, then you know requotes are are coming your way! Add commission, like with Dukascopy, and the so-called promised spreads become a fictitious selling point, a dream of the immagination, and so well widder than with ACM!! |

| One of the worst scams in the industry. Not happy at all. They closed 3 of my positions that were making profit (and at the same time didn't close 2 other positions that were in loss) they claimed it was because of lack of documentation even though they later admitted that i had provided them with everything they had asked for well in advance. They then waited until the market moved against me (5 days) and reopened my positions (without asking me) 10 pips away from the stop loss i had set when i originally opened the positions. Needless to say those positions were stopped within 5 minutes.
After all this i demanded to withdraw all my free balance and still to this day they will not send it back to my ban account ... (its been 3 weeks).
They keep calling me trying to offer me a 5% "trading credit" if i don't take the money out. Thats a RIP OFF. I want my money now ACM ... why don't they get that?
They keep asking me to cancel the withdraw request and they keep making excuses on when they will send me my money. They have all my documents and no valid reason of holding it.
If they don't pay up soon i will have to report them to the police.
Everyone ... STAY AWAY from these guys.

On a more happy note, I was so glad to be informed by my broker that they have now added a new dimension to their already fantastic trading conditions...Fractional Pips! I can see that EUR/GBP be has gone as low as 0.5 pip. Just add this to the other market leading points, I think you would be very hard pressed to find a better broker, definitely worth investigating! |
