| I was not able to close my open position when I wanted. Always got an error message. What I did then was opening the same position in opposite direction so that I am flat. After minutes it was possible to close both positions, but then I lost some money because the spread of the second position. Not bad way to earn from clients , we will see how long time they will survive this way.

| I really was not happy being charged $25 because i was inactive for 1 month, ill health was the reason but client support wanted nothing to know. If they can't make money out of you from constant reqoutes, then they will get it through penalty costs! |

| 3 click execution?? What? are we in the Stone Age? This is the fastest moving market in the world! With that in mind I want a broker that will present my trades directly into the market, that will not send me a requote, or request for quote, that will allow me to use trailling stops and scalp here and there depending on how good the market is looking. Unfortunately HY Markets offer NONE of this...except for the reqoutes on fast moving markets. |

Able to open and close positions properly. Fast execution. Regulated by FSA. Always get my money on time when i make a withdraw.
